The average processing time for frequent travellers or first time travellers to Korea (without OECD Country travel) is expected of 10 to 12 working days. This exclude any weekends, Philippine and Korean Holiday in counting.
Validity of visa is only 3 months from the date of issuance. Please ensure your planned travel date is within 3 months prior to the travel date. The best is to apply your visa application 2 months (60 days) before your planned travel date. (Please note not to buy any tickets or packages).
When you submit your visa application to us we need your passport as well. If for any reason you might need your passport within 20 working days, do not apply for a visa. As sometimes visa processing might take longer than the expected amount of days due to huge amount of applications. In that case you should first complete your matters and afterward apply for a visa.
DO NOT purchase or pay any airline tickets or hotel accommodations until you have your visa. The Korean Embassy states that you should NEVER buy until you receive your passport with an approved visa. We at Summerset Travel Agency repeat this statement as for the following reasons. Sometimes there are delays at the embassy which is unavoidable and not everyone will be granted a tourist visa. Delays and Denials happen. Summerset Travel Agency will not shoulder any expenses resulting from delays and or denied visas. You are expected to have only a planned travel date to show the Korean Embassy.

For family members, the family member must proof their relationship when submitting the application at our office. The family member must be able to proof him or herself with the PSA certificates. We do not accept anyone without this. requirements. For distant relatives, friends and fiance cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that Korean Embassy requires all documents as they stated. Please ensure that all documents are legally obtained. We do not accept falsified documents and if this has been discovered by the Korean Embassy you might be blacklisted from entering the South Korea.
